The Victorian Cottage

The Victorian Cottage is situated in the heart of Saltburn approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and local amenities. Saltburn is located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Beautiful breath taking scenery is evident within walking distance from the cottage or you can explore the surrounding area via local bus services, train or by car.
Saltburn is the perfect resting place for walkers participating on the Cleveland Way. Whether you prefer the
warmth and comfort of a Bed and Breakfast or the space and freedom of a self contained cottage you will experience a memorable stay in Saltburn by the sea.

A small private garden gives you privacy from the outside and a place to relax on a warm evening.
Enter into the kitchen diner with ample space to seat up to four people. A washer, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and all pots pans are provided.
We do not meter Electric or Gas. A welcome pack awaits you on arrival. This contains tea, milk, sugar, orange juice, bread and cereal.
The bedroom is large and spacious. It is furnished with a Louise Cann antique bed and Amour. All towels and linen are provided.
The lounge is also furnished with period furniture, with CD player and television. When requested, the lounge can be changed into a twin bedroom, accommodating a family of four.
The shower room is tastefully decorated with a modern multi jet shower.
The Cottage is charged at £60 per night or £360 per week.
